Fantastic movie
There are two opportunities... in one way (when you are a fan of Dispatch) you will love this movie, because you get a lot of pictures of seeing chad, brad and pete making music at studio, but thats not all. you can see them playing at chads home, you see that this is "real" music. great! helmut schleppi tried to show the whole dispatch way (well in fact, he didn't did it well - for this you need the under the radar dvd), but he focused on chad urmston. chad didn't felt the energy of creating music in dispatch anymore at the end of 2002. the interviews with the three bandmembers are very lightning and gives you (as a dispatch fan) a good point of view for the question "why did the seperate?"

well for those who don't know dispatch, this movie isn't that much interesting, but it's good anyway. maybe 3 to 4 stars... because you can see the fairy-tale of 2oo4, boston... how 3 guys (and nobody knows theme) moved over 110.000 people to the hatch sheel free concert for a peaceful...
A Must Buy

I love Dispatch and was at their final concert in Boston. This DVD is awesome and I recommend it to anyone.

IF YOU ARE A FAN, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND

An inspiring story of the three most talented guys to ever come together. Their heart and soul was always music, not profit. I have bought and will buy every release (even though napster gave them to me for free) just to give back to the guys who helped me through my life with beautiful songs. I now understand why I love this band so much. Pete reflected my sentimental side, Chad reflected my politically frustrated side, and Brad reflected my spiritual side.

The film answered a lot of questions for fans who want nothing more than their legacy to continue. But as wonderful and real as this documentary was, it will make a true dispatch fan very sad. After all they did it on their own and thousand and thousands love them for it.

It has been 15 months since the zombie apocalypse. With no new infections for months, the zombies have decayed away; deteriorating to slow, disordered, toothless pests. A group of eight survivors are in the middle of a six-day march across the badlands. A faction splits away from the group and discovers a mysterious serene zombie that lays his hands upon one of the horde, who violently returns to life. Petrified, the resurrected man struggles to escape but is immediately re-devoured; a continual recycling of the horde that keeps them fresh and extraordinarily dangerous. Is this the answer to the zombie plague? A deadly balancing act develops between survival and heroism, in an increasingly splatter-ridden game of cat-and-mouse.

Was Unsure Beforehand but Really Enjoyed this Film
Minister Alex Evans (denomination unidentified, but obviously mainline, fairly conservative Protestant) and his family move from Colorado to a small southern town that is still reeling from the suicide of high school basketball star Chase Green the year before. Michael, the minister's son, takes Chase's place on the team, begins a relationship with Chase's decidedly non-Christian girlfriend, Jasmine, and is antagonized by Chase's angry, grief-stricken, star center brother, Lucas.

NEW HOPE is, of course, from R-Squared Productions, a Christian film company, so there is little or no sex, gore, violence, profanity, etc. Not rated, but would almost certainly be a "PG": Tame stuff, but not completely Hallmark in all respects--it does show a condom in one scene. This film is certainly open to criticism for being sappy and cornballish in many spots, but it's not-so in many others. NEW HOPE honestly, originally, and often quite humorously addresses many pertinent issues: e.g., the...
New Hope - A New Star!

New Hope is another successful Christian movie from R2 it can be a little slow at times and some of the acting is a little wooden but once again they introduce Ben Davies who is a young actor sent to go far, it is ideal for teens and family viewing alike and gives good moral pointers. But the real & New star is Samuel Davis Wow what a talented young actor who comes over so as so natural with genuine acting skills, he is one name we are going to see a lot more of in 2013, in fact he has a new movie out on DVD on the 22 January 2013 "Abel's Field"

Not an outstanding movie that is the reason for the rating of four but one worth buying!

Great movie!

Great movie to watch with my teenage daughter! It showed teeenagers making good choices that are hard to make. That is rare in movies today.

A film that was ahead of its time
If ever a film deserved to be re-mastered to today's standards Khamoshi The Musical gets my vote. Putting aside the 1996 film quality and sound - I was completely absorbed. I can see very clearly why it wasn't a " blockbuster" at the box office because the theme of the movie wasn't that family-oriented nor was it filled with " entertainment." Khamoshi The Musical is thought provoking and deals with issues that Indian Cinema is NOT noted for: abortion, pre-marital sex, and physical disabilities. You should know that this film did receive critical acclaim and many awards in 1996. The two main characters are deaf- therefore you have to rely on them to convey emotion which they did so elegantly and with power. Annie the "hearing" daughter is caught between two worlds and two cultures and handled that role so beautifully. This film is 16 years old. When I look at the Salman Khan of Ek Tha Tiger, and I look at the character Raj which he played in this film, I can see the growth and...
Great Movie

Rented this movie. The qulity was good and the movie played without any problems. A great movie starring Salman Khan and definitely worth watching. It is romantic and shows a strong family unit.

Lovely film

I am a huge Salman Khan fan therefore seeing all his movies is my goal.I thought this movie was excellent. It was romantic and emotional I felt the anger the girl felt.I understood the fear the parents had and the resentment they held onto and letting go.Family oriented movie old traditional values and despite all the turmoil still love and respect being human and making mistakes finding common ground and above all loving one another through it all.
Out of all the movies I have seen of Salman Khan his role in this movie was the most passionate and romantic. He definately knows how to act a romantic role.Take it from his fans he is a good actor and anyone who follows him as a fan knows a genuine human being in real life that he is and alot of his values come out in his acting.
A good movie worth watching I love Indian movies.

Hewitt (The Mighty Gorga, The Girls From Thunder Strip), the film also stars Keenan Wynn (Dr. Strangelove) and Merrie Lynn Ross (The Class of 1984, The Happy Hooker Goes to Hollywood).  Added atmosphere comes from the music by William Loose, known for scoring such cult favorites asTrader Hornee and The Big Bird Cage!

Review :
Bad and poor quality

This is not just a bad movie (especially since it spent the first 20+ minutes with some narration and videos of the whole "war is bad" stuff of the 70's), but the actual DVD is the worst "quality" (and I use that term loosely here) I have ever seen. Grainy and blurry, like watching a 30 year old, deteriorating VHS copy. Even going so far as to have a gap in the movie at around 32 minutes in!
Over all, this is another bad movie from a terrible time period for sci-fi (pre-Star Wars). Giving this movie a 1 star is being way too kind - it deserves no stars.

Mow the lawn instead

Mow the lawn, take the dog for a walk, pick the lint out from between your toes...ANYTHING EXCEPT WATCH THIS MOVIES. It's absurdly stupid...Do not waste your time on this.

Not worth the time

I never finished watching the video so I will not comment on the actors and their roles. However, the movie moved very slowly so as to not hold my interest. The quality of the video was extremely poor to the point that even if the movie had kept my interest I wouldn't have stayed with it.

a halloween / religious parody

Hard to believe that this film was a somewhat remake of the original "halloween" classic film. the acting by the actresses was okay, but the guy playing the killer was totally stupid and unbelievable. i guess that the film had to be made so as not to offend or scare anybody. this film may be for very religious watchers but i will take the good old halloween with michael myers anyday... hand me some popcorn with plenty of butter... oops be careful not to spill the butter... lol
